Procedure for participating in T-Trak Network

T-Trak Network is managed mainly with a mailing list (ML for short) and a public　bulletin board. Basically, we regard registration to ML　as participation in T-Trak Network.
(The main work of a secretariat is the management of this ML and Web site, storage of public property, and preparation for secretariat-sponsored operation meetings.)

We would appreciate that those who wish to register to ML should read the outline of T-Trak Network at first. Then if you agree with the concept, please send an e-mail message including the items below.

• E-mail address you hope to register
  
• Your address and name (for snail mail dispatch)
  
• If approved, cell-phone number (for urgent call)

Your e-mail message with the title that represents hope for ML participating can be sent to a secretariat person in charge
(lingmei@infoseek.jp or seibeh@mx3.ttcn.ne.jp).
In several days or about a week, we send back an e-mail message of participating check.
Please do the registration procedure (reply of mail) mentioned in the reply sentence.

In addition, since this ML is now using free rental service of infoseek, along with our e-mail messages, mail advertisements are also sent. Please understand the situation.
