The 3rd private operating session was held at the Tower Hall Funabori (a general hall for the residents run by Edogawa ward) just in front of Funabori sta. on the Tokyo Metropolitan Subway Shinjuku Line on December 6, 2003.
 We, this time, used only one room, half of which for HO mainline, and the rest for T-Trak operation. The meeting had seemed to be in a holiday mood with fewer participants compared to the last two meetings. However it came to life beyond our expectation.
With smaller numbers of T-Trak modules, we enjoyed without using ATS(Automatic Train Stop device). For shortage of a double track corner module, we were forced to do single track operation in the morning. However, some newly-built modules, featuring a transit mall, grassy tracks and etc., appeared and attracted attention.
The endless included one divergent module, from which single track modules were extended so as to be ready for shuttle operation. We tentatively used a newly-built automatic shuttle unit in this section, which was successful.
As for HO mainline, 3 endless ovals were provided by wooden roadbed tracks and KATO Unitrack, on which many vehicles, mainly trams, were running about.

Also this time, many scratch-built or converted N-scale vehicles were brought into the meeting. The proportion of them to ready-made vehicles was about one to one. There also appeared many vehicles other than trams. Scratch-built vehicles in the manner of "B Train Shorty"and a "Ginryu-go" type of Nemuro Takushoku tramway etc. attracted attention.
In addition, "The Bus Collection 2"has been released and we exchanged surplus buses with each other. Many precious collections of books were brought in by the members, and the meeting warmed up, filled with exchanging information and model talks.
We did not make sure of the numbers of participating modules in advance. So we ended up substituting Unitrack for a corner module in a haphazard way. Since the numbers of the participants were relatively small, we purely enjoyed models all day without discussing important matters. The next meeting will be on January 11(Sun.), 2004 at the same place.
